Eric Tallon was extremely thorough and did his research before coming to our home and once he did the walk through he came up with the plan to sell our home. He asked for our feedback and provided answers to all our questions. The marketing approach and quality video/ pictures were so impressive. For first time home buyers, it can be a little overwhelming trying to learn all the aspects of the process, especially the market status, choosing a lender, home inspector, and closing company. Some of this information is available online, but varies by state, neighborhood, etc. Eric was very in tune with the housing market in Moon Twp, PA and made it clear what to expect when putting an offer down and what was going to happen next. Our first year, we went house shopping not knowing if we had enough saved up, mostly because we were unsure what kind of house and neighborhood we wanted to live in. Eric was very patient with us and helped us realize what we were up against and what needed to be done by showing us a few houses and explaining the numbers in great detail. We decided to wait one more year and save up. Fast forward to present day COVID era with breathtaking uncertainty, and Eric contacts us about getting the ball rolling again. We had a good bit saved up and with the low interest rates, Eric brings us confidence a buying transaction is possible. After putting an offer down, he negotiated step by step what we wanted and left nothing on the table. We really felt he was looking out for us, and provided an excellent recommendations for every service we needed. One other thing about Eric that I noticed is his passion for real estate and people. Very quick response time if I had any questions regarding the houses we looked at. Easy to schedule to view multiple houses throughout the week or on the same day. The house I eventually bought we went back for multiple viewings which was nice when I finally made the decision to buy it. He will recommend services such as home inspections which makes the process easier. This was my first time buying a house and I never felt overwhelmed because Eric made it a breeze. He's a good down to earth guy and I would recommend him to any of my friends/family if they were to start house hunting.

Eric did an excellent job helping us find our home when we moved from New Jersey to the Pittsburgh area. He really pays attention to details and was so helpful in every aspect of the purchase. Eric showed me a few houses in the airport area in the last month or so. He seems to know the area well. He has good knowledge of home buying process.

Anytime I had any questions or concerns I could get a hold of Eric and he would explain and take care of anything I brought to his attention. Also letting me know what was coming next, inspections, Papers to be signed, all seemed so effortless.

Eric showed me many housed in the area I was interested in, all of them met my criteria. He seemed to be knowledgeable of the condition and value of properties.
