When I started my house hunting adventure I interviewed several realtors. Cathy was recommended to me by a common friend. I was instantly taken by her vivacious, upbeat, and outgoing personality. I explained to her that I had a lot of personal issues I was dealing with at this time and that I was not in a rush to buy a house because I wanted a house I was going to die in. Cathy was very understanding of my situation and I never realized house hunting was going to be so much fun. At no point did she get frustrated with me, at least not that she let me know, and worked around my extremely insane situation to accommodate my schedule to view houses. After looking at about 20 – 25 houses she called me one day to ask if I had seen a house near me that has a “for sale by owner” sign in the yard. She had already called and talked to the owner, and once I gave her a time, we scheduled to see the house the next day. That was the Friday before Memorial Day. At that viewing we put in an offer which was immediately accepted and we were off to the races! From that point on everything moves very quickly and within 60 days I was living in my new home. Cathy was available for any and every question, every neurotic moment, and handled everything flawlessly. I really enjoyed my experience with her and would recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell a house because this woman hustles even when she is on vacation! You never will feel lost or confused with her guiding you through the process.
