Since you took the time to read up on me, I promise to keep it brief.
I was born in Latrobe, PA, and was raised in Ligonier Borough by my mother and father who were both real estate professionals. After graduating from Ligonier Valley High School in 1992 and spending a stint of time working odds-and-ends jobs, I enrolled in Westmoreland County Community College where I graduated from with an Associates of Applied Science in Business Management with a Certificate in Real Estate. Knowing that my education journey wasn't complete, I enrolled in the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with an emphasis in Instruction and Learning. I put my skills to the test and moved to Milton, FL, with my wife, Christina, where I started a career in teaching at-risk youth with special needs in the Escambia County School District. Additionally, I taught GED classes, did case work with youth on probation, and also taught vocational classes until 2010, when my father passed. Upon his passing, and my mother still actively involved in the family real estate business, Ligonier Valley Real Estate, my family and I moved back to PA, where I joined my mom in the real estate business full-time.
My passion is being out in the community helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. What I enjoy most about real estate is hearing people's stories, making connections to meet their needs and developing a lasting relationship. Real estate is not just transactional, it is relational. Bo is 4 yrs old and we got him off of an old neighbor. He lives up to his name wild and unchained! He is a handful but a great addition to our family. LOL as you can tell he is rather large at 150 pounds and almost 6 feet tall on his hind legs - sad thing is he thinks he is a 5 pound dog. Bo loves to go on rides where he takes up the whole back seat of my Jeep Wrangler
