Producing the best outcome is extremly important to me.  No matter the task at hand, small or large, I strive to always put forward a product that best serves the customer.  I'm a lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, living in the New Wilmington area for more than 15 years.  I'm excited to put my 25+ years of experience in problem-solving, customer engagement, and reseach and analysis to work for my clients.  Working in management for more than 15 years, I'm keenly aware of the importance of building trust and confidence for successful relationships and strive always to provide the best customer experience.
