"When You Care Enough to Send the Very Best", was born from a three-by-five inch note card.  Ed Goodman, a Sales and Marketing Executive at Hallmark, jotted down his thoughts on what Hallmark stood for ~ Caring, Quality, The Best.

Joanne Schultz has always sought out to be and work for companies that have those qualities and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty meets all three.  BHHS is #1 in this Market.  Joanne grew up in the North Hills and attended North Hills High School.  Her father worked for Hallmark Cards Inc., and he opened several Hallmark Card stores which were named after his wife.  Joanne has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.  She has worked for such companies as Delta Furniture Rentals and Temporary Corporate Housing, Inc., where as an Account Executive and Business Development Manager she worked with local apartment communities to assist them in providing fully furnished apartments on a short-term basis and secondly as a Marketing Representative, giving Human Resource Managers the perfect source for placing employees relocating and those on short-term work assignments to and in Pittsburgh.

She met her husband Jeff in college, who is a 35+ year Commercial Real Estate Broker in the Pittsburgh Market.  They reside in Wexford, PA in a home which they custom built.  While their new home was under construction, they lived in a fully furnished temporary apartment.  They have three children who attended Pine Richland schools and enjoyed being part of the Basketball and Cheerleading programs.  Joanne enjoys everything white, bright and positive;  from her home, her white car and the love of her life, a 4 lb Maltese named, "Gucci".  She also enjoys following fashion, home trends, shopping and reading.  Joanne will listen to you and work for you to accomplish your home goals and dreams.
