My career began in Pittsburgh with Sheffield Real Estate & Gold & Company when they merged to offer their clients services in Western Pennsyvania with commercial services which included property management, new construction and sales.
I have been dealing in real estate for many years taking part in selling real estate in Las Vegas which involved negotiating with local investors and the Howard Hughes Corporation as well as property management and ownership of my own properties.
Property management experience with apartment buildings and a strip mall in Bellevue gave me commercial experience and selling & buying homes in Pittsburgh gave me a great background in residential real estate. I enjoy working with professionals who are looking for that perfect property for their business as well as the new home owner who has just discovered their dream home. First time home buyers make my day.
My background in Los Angeles working as a Certified Business Continuity Professional gave me the experience to work with large teams of professionals and local & Federal law enforcement during the Democratic National Convention and the aftermath of September 11.
