History

Kelly Rackley is a lifelong resident of Pittsurgh. Living in several areas of the city throughout her life, Kelly decided to settle down in Upper Saint Clair 20 years ago when she married her husband John. She has four children, two fully grown and 15 year old twin boys. Kelly is also a fur mom to 2 adopted rescue pups, Milo and Gus. She has been a very active part of the Upper saint Clair Boys Lacrosse program for 6 years serving as booster president, vp of the youth program and treasurer. Kelly has been a licensed agent for 29 years working as both a transaction mangaer and independant agent. She has always worked as a part of a team, and knows how to accomodate both buyers' and sellers' closing needs.
