Beautiful 2nd Floor apartment in Squirrel Hill. Bright and open floor plan with large windows. Feels very rural while inside the apartment because of the large tree in the back yard. The street is a one-way and very infrequently traveled, so it's pretty quiet. One of the bedrooms is fairly small, but definitely ample enough for a double bed and a dresser. Washer and dryer in the basement is not shared. We have a washer and dryer dedicated to this apartment. There's a garage space in the back yard. Available August 1
