This was not our first house sale/purchase with Joann. She is simply the best IMO. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the sale/purchase process. But I think she excels in her communication skills and her ability to let a client know all options, good and bad. BEST...REALTOR...EVER!!!! JoAnn was very thorough, very easy to work with, very attentive, and extremely knowledgeable! As a first time home buyer, the process can be confusing and gruelling from what I have been told, but this process with JoAnn was EASY! Not only that, she immediately put us in touch with a GREAT, HONEST Mortgage Broker, has TONS of contacts of home repair services, and has stayed in touch during and after the sale was done.
