During negotiations, which were very brief, because of his expertise in recommending a selling price that would move the house not let it sit, idle, through the winter months, meant that at the time of negotiations on the offer, there really wasn't much to say or do. Because he is a realist, his line of thinking is totally aligned to the market not to emotions. And because of his past track record of success in the market, and being a market leader, he knows the market exceptionally well. He is aware of the market, has his finger on the pulse of the local market and brings that knowledge, immediately, to the table. Having said that, he is personable, has a great sense of humor, is a great listener, and is very compassionate. He was very accommodating of my schedule, and of the wishes of my family in getting through this difficult period. Great job from Chuck and his team!
