Hi, I’m Chelsea—a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience in corporate real estate, residential sales, and investment property strategy. I am also the unofficial zookeeper to a small army of rescue cats and a sassy senior Chihuahua.

• My background includes coordinating capital projects, overseeing tenant improvements, and managing full lifecycle real estate transactions—from initial due diligence and legal document review to closing and execution. I'm well-versed in preparing and analyzing lease abstracts, purchase agreements, letters of intent, and easements, and I collaborate closely with legal, construction, design, and finance teams to ensure each project stays aligned with strategic objectives.
