Jennie was awesome. She got in contact with us right away and started our home search for properties. We found our home and Jennie helped with everything.

Jennie was amazing with us! We didn’t really need to do a lot of looking around but when we did she was there for us! Especially at later hours due to our work schedules. She never hesitated and came with answers for our questions, if she didn’t have it that second she came back with them the next day. Jennie was an extraordinary agent. Let me count the ways! She is accessible and highly responsive. Anytime we had a question or needed support, she always responded in a timely manner. Even if it was to let us know she couldn’t talk immediately. She’s very good at communicating and setting expectations. And that support hasn’t diminished even after our close. She is personable and friendly. She took the time to get to know us and what we’re looking for. But beyond that, she uses her likability and strong communication skills in other ways to support her clients. She has managed to acquire highly useful info about the property we purchased from the listing agent, from neighbors, and from various city offices, which was above and beyond our expectations. It’s clear she wants her clients to make informed decisions. She is invested in her clients. We are relocating from TN to western PA, which meant we had to make the best use of our time in order to even find a house. She dedicated multiple weekends to help us tour homes all over western PA. And when we found our home, which needed major renovation, she dedicated even more time walking the property repeatedly with multiple contractors, even times when we could not physically be there. The property was more than an hour from her home; so, we cannot express how grateful we were for her willingness to support us in this way. She is incredibly resourceful, and her recommendations are sound. From the lender to the closing company to contractors to suppliers. She has been instrumental in connecting us with quality support throughout this entire process. She is highly knowledgeable. Truly, any question we asked throughout the process of buying our house, she was able to answer and explain in a way we could understand. And while we were her first homestyle renovation loan, she and our lender guided us through the entire process in such a way that we were able to close a week early. She also knows quite a bit about the homes and the construction, which was very evident during our walk-throughs, often identifying and pointing out areas of concern or things we should consider. She is honest and transparent, will give advice and recommendations, and challenges you to consider different perspectives. For example, during the price negotiations on our property, she would offer recommendations on how we should approach it, but she could also substantiate and back up her line of thinking. It was really helpful and made us feel assured that we made informed decisions. It also let us know without fail that she was truly dedicated to our interests and not her bottom line. I’m sure I’m probably missing something, but the bottom line is that we think the world of Jennie and she was instrumental in helping us buy our home. One that she will fully disclose was not an easy one to close given the challenges we had with the bank that owned the foreclosure and their unwillingness to bend on much of anything, the degree of renovation we needed, the complexities of the loan. It was a lot. But here we are today, renovating our dream home and getting close to moving in. And Jennie helped to make that dream a reality. We have no hesitation to recommend her!

Jennie was phenomenal ! I could just sit back knowing she'll take care of everything. And she did. She went above and beyond by doing, what should have been, the closing company's work.
