A Lifetime of Real Estate
My career in the Real Estate industry began while I was in college. I started in the residential lending sector of the business and followed a career path that would ultimately lead me in to sales. My decades long career took me through working with title and appraisals on both a local and national level which gives me the unique ability to not only understand local markets, but national as well. I obtained my license to sell in 2012 and this has been by far, the most rewarding part of my career.
My philosophy is simple. If you put people first, success will always follow. My practice focuses not only on the economic impact to my clients but also their feelings behind their choices. Of course managing the complexities behind the transaction from paperwork to regulations is done with skill and care, and having someone on your side who knows how everything operates in the background will be one of the greatest assests to you during your transacton.
I have a particular affinity for historic homes as well as uniqie properties. I believe selling a home is more than just marketing the structure itself. We need to express the feeling or story behind the home to the public. What makes our property special? How do we convey value to the public? What lifestyle does this home cater to? These are the questions I ask myself and my sellers when listing property.
I currently reside in the North Hills of Pittsburgh in my loveingly restored 1956 MCM. I enjoy collecting art, travel, and design. When I am not at home playing with my English Bulldog Liam, you will usually find me int he gym or enjoying one of Pittsburgh's many restaurants. I also enjoy volunteer work and sit on the board of the Stonewall Alliance, a local non profit orginazation catering to the LGBTQ+ community.

Liam is one of the most uniqie EB's I've seen. He was the runt of his litter and has quite a small stature for an EB, but he makes up for it with a huge personality. Each morning he wakes up and runs to the corner of the yard and woofs for his friend Henry (my neighbor) to greet him. He is terrified of boxes but will boldly chase a deer or turkey.
