Hello, I'm Beth. Nice to meet you! I am a 4th generation Pittsburgher. Residing in the North HIlls of Pittsburgh all my life. From elementary in North Hills School District, to Graduating from Hampton High School. Now a resident of Pine-Richland school district which my children attend. I know the North HIlls area and Love the people in our region! (And our local sports teams!!)

My interest in Real Estate began 30+ years ago. It was 1993, looking in the North HIlls of Pittsburgh for a house to rent. Options were few, most in need of repairs and expensive. That was the moment I decided to invest in Real Estate. It was a great decision! Since then, I have bought, remodeled, sold and managed dozens of rental homes, here in Pittsburgh and the coast of North Carolina.
