After spending 30 years working for local governments as a City “Planner” in the San Francisco Bay Area, I retired in 2018.  In 2022, my wife Consuelo and I moved to Pittsburgh's North Hills to be closer to family, son and gradson already living here in the PIttburgh area

SO WHY AM I INVOVED IN REAL ESTATE NOW? 

I want to use my years of experience in plannig and design to use my experience and knowledge to help people at their most immediate surroundings - choising their own homes and communites.  I have always been driven by the belief that good design - and suppoorting those communities that have a strong and positive sense of identity - both have intrinsic value.  I look foward to helping individuals and families find the homes and communites that are the best fit for them. I have spent much of my first year and a half here in greater Pittsburgh, exploring the area's counties, townships, cities and boroughs (a LOT to take in!).  Found a lot to like, and look foward to sharing my knowledge with my clients!
