Why select me as your Realtor?  After a long wonderful career in education as a special education teacher, high school principal, superintendent and community college educator, I have decided to take the skills of working with people of all ages and apply these to real estate.  It is always fascinating to hear stories of the lives of others and the journey that they have taken.  Finding the home that meets the criteria of each family is intriguing - just like watching some home shows and trying to guess which of tthe hree homes the family will select and why that choice was important to them.  I hope to help you find that home that meets your needs.   

• Member of the National Association of Realtors, Lawrence County Association of Realtors, West Penn Multi List, Berkshire Hathaway Home Service, and many hours of inhouse training and education.
• My Master's degree in Economics is helpful to understand the market value of a home and how this meets the financial structure of a family.
• Children have taught me to pay attention to details because they are astute at evaluating what you say and then how I react to certain situations.
• Following policies, researching, and problem solving were key skills that I developed over many years of experience.
• As the Superintendent of Schools, I worked with all populations within a school district and realized how important everyone is to the team. Recognized as a outstanding Superintendent by my peers.
• Now that I am older, I value the needs of the senior population who have specific needs for a specific home or to change their living situation.
• Listen to people and try to discern what are important features for their home.
• Member of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce and the Mercer County Farm Bureau
• Help develop the Mercer Area Community Garden where children have visited and learn about growing plants, soil health and harvesting produce.
