Ron is an approachable guy with a good sense of humor. Reliable and dependable. Ron toured the area with my husband and myself looking at various houses for sale. We love our "new to us" house! Our previous house sold very quickly and after posting drone pictures, we had a remarkable number of "hits." We are happy customers and wouldn't make another move without Ron.

This review has been in the making for quite some time. I found Ron about 2 years ago when we were desperate to really turn up the dial on our home search. Quick backstory to this that I don't think Ron even truly understands how important this was in our role in working with him I had had contacted so many agents that day without a single phone call back. I was only looking at local names friends had used. It got to the point I was so frustrated that I typed in "BEST REALTOR BUTLER COUNTY, PA" into google and figured, something has to come up for that right? When Ron Huber's name popped up and I read some reviews and saw his work history, I figured, well, this surely looks like the guy we need to help us find our forever home. When Ron returned our phone call, I literally thought, "OK, this is a good sign, we're making progress." What I didn't know that day was that we were getting so much more than a realtor.Ron has been such a vital part of our home search that it is unreal. I will never even have the words to fit into this box, if you need more of a review, get his number from me and I'll explain more! LOLIf you're looking for someone who will work with you to truly understand what you are looking for this is your guy. The knowledge he brings to the table for the Butler, Allegheny, Lawrence and surrounding areas is unimaginable. I don't think there is a single thing I asked he didn't have the correct answer for, and if he had to get it, he got it. I think we looked at over a dozen properties and some land. Our search changed quite a few times too including location and budget. He helped guide us to areas that would be a better fit for us and our family.Our home buy was very unique, and Ron made sure every stone was unturned. We felt extremely safe knowing that we weren't making a risky investment because of his dedication to this industry. To make things even more fun, we finally found the home we wanted to buy, and only had days to get ours prepped and on the market. Ron helped guide us on things to do to improve our home sale as well. Things we never thought to do made it much more appealing. The transaction of selling and buying with a 30 day closing felt stressful but so calming at the same time. It truly would not have been as smooth without him. Ron has become family to us. And I can promise you, you will not be disappointed when you hire him for your home sale. Whether he likes it or not. I'm a little sad we won't be seeing him as often anymore.

Ron Huber is a dream to work with. He is incredibly knowledgable, communications were always excellent and so prompt and he went above and beyond in so many ways to make our home purchase successful and as stress-free as possible.He has great relationships with other agents that contributed to our offer being accepted. Ron went above and beyond to help us find a house! Being from out of state made it a little harder but Ron did multiple virtual walk throughs and showed us details that we might not have seen otherwise. We had to sell my mother's house in Slippery Rock but we live in Kentucky so we were not familiar with the market or who to talk to. We put out an internet request on Agent Pronto and Ron responded almost immediately. We were only in town for the weekend and had a limited time period to meet. Ron was very flexible and made himself available for us to look at the house and discuss a marketing strategy. He was very knowledgeable of the market in Slippery Rock, having just sold a house down the street. Using his knowledge of the market, Ron advised us that there was a limited window in which to market the house and we needed to move quickly. Ron mobilized immediately and got pictures completed and the house on the market within a week. We quickly had viewings and two offers. When there were problems with the first offer, Ron very skillfully and professionally steered the process so that even though it didn't work out, it was the best outcome. Ron was able to go back to the second offer and resurrect it and got us a good offer, which we accepted. Throughout this process, Ron was very communicative and always kept us up to date through texts, email and phone calls. He was always responsive when we called, which was important since we were doing this long distance. He was also sensitive and respectful of my Mom's situation.
