My name is Sylvia Maxwell, I am a Georgia native and as you know that comes with southern charm.  My husband and I first moved to Sarver 17 years ago where we built our home and have established a beautiful horse farm and now have twin boys. 

After a successful career in high end designer fashion fur and jewelry sales, with Saks Fifth Avenue and a decade of multilevel management experience, I am well seasoned in my negotiating skills. 

As a certified ERYT 500 Yoga teacher,
I have trained over 100 yoga teachers to become instructors. Being a certified life and wellness coach I am able to add those values to the Real Estate field by being able to recognize and empathize with my clients needs.

I have always had the innate ability to understand and meet my clients’ needs and pride myself in being viewed as a trusted advisor throughout the process. Being a natural negotiator, it is natural for me to stay calm and focused through what can potentially be a complex and stressful time.
