Patrick has worked with me for years on both the buy and sale sides. This sale was more challenging considering the many circumstances that were involved. It required a greater level of of follow-up and detail than I have typically encountered over the past 27 years investing in real estate. Although each sale has its own unique nuances…this sale encompassed more than usual for me. Patrick provided timely expert assistance and advice while rolling with the punches favorably...as he always has in the past.

Pat is the best. We have used him more than once. He navigated a very tricky situation like a pro, fighting for what was best for us the entire way!! We had multiple offers within days. Patrick is a hard worker. he is tenacious i felt i could leave the sales project in his hands. he guided us through some tough situations over a long period of about a half-year. We never met in person but in the end felt as though we had.
