Buying or selling a home can be intimidating, confusing, frustrating, invigorating and satisfying all in one. A plethora of emotions on what seems to be an intense roller coaster ride. There is a lot of financial investment on the line and you do not want to make mistakes and that is why I am here. I am here to help you purchase your first dream home or sell the current home that you are in. There is nothing more important to me than my client’s complete 100% satisfaction.
 
 Meet Adia
 
I am a full-time licensed realtor also certified in rentals/leased properties with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services The Preferred Realty in Beaver, PA. I am excited for the privilege to service my clients in the Greater Pittsburgh area. I am a lifelong resident of Beaver County, located in the suburbs north of the city of Pittsburgh, PA where I graduated from Center Area High School.
After spending the past 15 years working in the career that I established in the medical field, I decided to pursue a career in real estate after giving birth to fraternal female and male twins. I wanted a career that would allow me to be more accessible to their growth and development while also allowing me to continue to be a help to the community. Along with the twins, I am a proud mother of an older son and daughter and a wife to my wonderful hardworking soul mate. I am an extremely outgoing and active soul. I am devout in my church ministry where I am a choir member, involved in the prison outreach ministry, and our local women’s department. I also assist with our youth ministry. I love spending quality time with my amazing family and friends.
During my years in the medical system, I provided 100% customer care and support and dedicated my knowledge and skill to helping all who I was blessed to assist. I intend to bring that same energy and excitement to this new career journey in assisting my clients in buying, selling, and renting/leasing real estate.

My husband and I were in the house hunting business off and on for a few years now. I'm not going to lie it was starting to get very very stressful and overwhelming because it's like we just couldn't find anything. It seemed like the townhouse that we were living in was just getting a bit too small and everything was just kind of closing in around us. I decided to reach out to Adia because she's my sister and I knew she was in the real estate business.... Let me tell you I have not been disappointed by her. Not only did she take the time out to do the leg work for us because of both work schedules but she also listened very intently to what we were looking for. She made sure to keep us both very much informed on every property that we looked at and she made a point to go with every viewing of every property so that she can make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. Even when my husband and I stopped looking she still kept an eye out for us and now we are currently in a beautiful spacious cozy townhouse that we both love.

Adia was referred to my wife and I for a corporate relocation. While the area we were moving to was not in her territory, Adia took the time to network with one of her fellow Berkshire Hathaway colleagues in the Altoona/State College region to explain our specific housing needs. Within 24hrs I was in contact with an agent who found a property that was beyond our expectations. We are happy to report that we are now under contract.
