Wendy is an amazing realtor. She is not only incredibly over-the-top helpful, she is kind, sweet, and patient. She assisted in coordinating the contractors who needed access to the property (I live 50 minutes away from it), stayed on top of getting forms signed (the STBXH was being stubborn about signing documents), being firm and persistent (without being a nag), and also did a great job coordinating an open house the first week the house was on the market. She also pursued several options before the property was 100% ready to be on-market and got prospects into the property early. Then before showings, she staged the property with enough accents to make it look homey, not empty.She works fast, is highly responsive, responsible, and VERY NICE! I would definitely work with her AGAIN and AGAIN!
