Alex was incredibly helpful to work with. Not only did he show excellent knowledge of houses, but also was very responsive. Weekend, late in the evening, holiday, etc. It didn't matter, when we had a question, he was invariably quick to text/email/call back. Particularly given that we were first-time homebuyers, this patience and availability was invaluable. For the first home we had an offer accepted, we ended up backing out due to some issues with the inspection, and when we did this, he didn't put any pressure on us to try to stick with the purchase, but rather was very respectful of our decision, and hopped right back on the saddle and helped us find the house we ended up buying, and also helped us get several things included that originally weren't going to be. Would highly recommend.
