I was a first time home buyer and Mary Grace helped me through the entire process of home buying. She had given me plenty of options to choose from as well as did thorough walk arounds. I was a out of state home buyer and I was buying the house online. She walked me through each step very patiently, explaining everything as well as helped me in negotiations. She would video call to show the property and go through every detail of house, testing through small things like doors, windows, appliances, and let me know what might need to be updated in future. She even has very good recommendations for services like home inspection and her contacts are very good at what they do. She sold my house. She complained about everything she ‘helped’ with. Everything was a crisis. Documents had mistakes and had to be resent and re-done over and over. Her communication was never simple and clear it was always dramatic. I’ve sold 7 houses and this was hands down the worst transaction I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.
