I'm an engineer who discovered a passion for all things real estate.  After serving in the U.S. Navy directly out of high school where I spent most of my time as an Electronics Technician onboard an Aegis Class Destroyer (the USS Gonzalez), I went on to earn an electrical engineering degree from Pitt and work at a number of great places.  While serving as condo association president in my first home in Shadyside, I discovered that many of the same creative opportunities that I loved about engineering existed in real estate as well.  I loved conceptualizing projects and watching them transform into reality.  I've always found the process rewarding and I wanted more of it.  It was 2006 and I was hooked.

I consider my expertise to be real estate as an investment.  Single-family, multi-family, primary residence, and everything in between should be treated as an investment, in my experience.  I founded doSh Furnished Homes & Apartments, obtained a real estate salesperson license, and created Realteering to share what I've learned and learn from others.  I believe strongly that all of our efforts should yield a proportional return.  I strive for this in my life and love helping others obtain it as well.
