Colleen is wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. She was able to anticipate needs and had all the right questions to ask as I went through the home buying process. Colleen was very thorough. She was able to show me houses when I had time. At each of the properties, she gave me advice when requested.When we decided on a property, she kept the process going and always checked if I had concerns along the way. She probably checked in daily and contacted me immediately when I needed to do something or a step had been completed. This was great because I was out of the country when the deal was closing.Colleen also provided me with contacts and advice for contractors.All in all, I was very pleased with her service and will be using her again
