Danitza was incredible to work with. She was quick to respond to our messages, thorough in her research, and knowledgeable in her profession. Would highly recommend her to work with. We wouldn’t have been able to purchase our new home without her!

My husband and I began looking for homes shortly after we got married in November 2021. He had found Danitza on one of the websites we were looking on. He messaged her and she responded in a timely matter. Soon enough we were out house hunting! My husband and I did not have an extravagant budget as first time home-owners, but Danitza really took the time to research and show us houses in our budget. She took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes and implemented them when helping us look for houses. Danitza really cared for us as homeowners and people and we really appreciated it.We found our home in March 2022. We are so happy with our purchase and even happier with how much of a help Danitza was! She was timely, organized, personable, and knowledgable. We would recommend her over and over again!
