I highly recommend Eric to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. Eric was very easy to work with. He is outgoing and friendly. We sold our old house and bought our new house through him. The pictures he took for the listing were fantastic. He was good at negotiating our contracts and got us what we asked for. He is very knowledgeable about houses and offers great advice. It was nice to have his wife Andrea to take care of the paperwork and offer her expert advice as well. I have bought and sold several houses with realtors.
