Wendy was exceptional and kept me informed of every development as the home was listed, from open houses, potential buyers and any snags that might occur along the way. Walked me thru each step and was truly informative as each step of the sale happened. A truly great professional and friendly agent that I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home.

I was working with a realtor who wasnt helping us in any way other than showing us houses we requested. She never sent a listing other houses or anything else other than me sending her places to looked at luckily never signed a contract to be locked into using that realtor. I met Wendy at an open house of a place that wasn't even one of her listings. Starting chatting about what we were looking for and she just started rattling off different listing that would fit our families wants and needs for a future home. I reached out to Wendy via email. We went and looked at a few that i requested to look at and got to know my family and our needs and wants in a home in the face the face manner. Next thing i knew she was sending us listing to take a look at left and right with tons of options for our family. Wendy is very responsive with all with all forms communications. Wendy also gave us insight based on a current deal in same area where we found our home for best deal for our mortgage. Wendy is very kind and getting the buyer what they want and need with many great suggestion for who to use for inspections. She is also very aggresive with the loan officer to get on those deadlines. I found how important is truly is to have a great relationship with both your realtor and mortgage officer. Having such a great team behind us is what made the process so smooth during the bulk of the nearly 2 month process. I would recommend anyone to Wendy she is kind hearted working to find what you want and need I bought a home before and the realtor would attempt to push me into something that was on above where felt comfortable financially and never once did we ever feel obligation to go for anything that weren't comfortable with or wanted. Wendy is simply amazing in so many ways. It was such a pleasure to work with you Wendy.

Wendy is thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. Very easy and efficient to work with. She did the research and assisted me with purchasing a piece of property and connecting me with local builders. She made the ease of the tedious paperwork very tolerable.
