My journey into real estate began when my husband and I purchased our beautiful home, a newly constructed property in a short sale and couldn't believe the value we got. This experience sparked my passion for real estate, which was further solidified when I helped restore my dad's old home, and sold it in just four days, giving me my very first listing. That success was the moment I knew I had found my calling. 
      In the last eight years, I have had the privilege of helping over 129 families buy and sell their homes. In 2024 alone, I sold 17 homes and $3.5 million in real estate in 2024 alone! My deep understanding of the market allows me to guide buyers through every step of the of the process, from negotiations and inspections, to appraisals. I'm here to take the stress out of buying a home, ensuring you feel confident and supported along the way. 
     For my sellers, I go the extra mile to ensure that each listing is positioned for success. I conduct thorough market research, create strategic pricing plans, and strongly encourage the use of professional photographs, to showcase the home at its best. I'm also well versed on the local real estate requirements, from occupancy permits to dye tests, ensuring that my sellers are prepared for every step of the transaction. 
     Born and raised in Connellsville, and a proud graduate of Duquesne University, I have called Monroeville home for over 30 years. I'm deeply connected to the community and familiar with its organizations, schools and local culture. Prior to real estate, I worked as a writer, marketing specialist and communications director for several local associations, honing skills that now help me craft compelling listings and descriptions. 
  Real estate also gives me the flexibility to be an active part of my family's life. My husband Bob and I are proud parents of our daughter, Natalia, whom we adopted from Russia. Today, she is 23 years old and living in Philadelphia as a flight attendant for American Airlines, but is still the center of our world. Real estate has allowed me to attend her soccer and softball games at Serra Catholic in McKeesport where she recently graduated from high school. In my earlier years, I operated a Kindermusik business in Murrysville for 10 years, building strong connections in the community and learning what makes the area special, knowledge I now use to better serve my clients.  
    In my personal time, I am an avid equestrian, riding my Morgan/Friesian mare, Sedona, and am a member of the contemporary choir at Christ the Divine Shepherd in Monroeville. I'm also an enthusiastic traveler with a love for exploring destinations like Italy, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Mexico, Jamaica, and Russia. At home, I enjoy spending time with my beloved grey and white Ragamuffin cat named Kaylani.
