Shannon was great! Anytime we had a question she was right there and responded within minutes. She stayed in contact with use and made sure we were prepared for each step and insured there weren't any hitches. I did not rate her on negotiation skills due to this not being an issue for us, but I am confident in her ability to due what is best for her client. What I will say to the bidding process was her expertise with current market trends and what we should plan to offer with the current market; without paying more than necessary. I would happily refer any of my friends to her and her team at Berkshire-Hathaway and already have.

I believe our house sold so quickly as a result of Shannon's guidance. We had total confidence in her, and she totally showed us that our confidence was warranted.

Shannon helped us sell my aunts home that was part of an estate. She had to work with the executor of the estate and myself. She was perfect,she kept everybody in the loop as far as what was happening in the sale process. There were some repairs required to the home Shannon was quick to offer trades people for the repairs. She even went and met a few to show them what we needed done and eventually stayed with them while the work was being performed. Having Shannon as our sellers agent was a huge game changer is selling this home in a timely manner.
