Abigail was amazing with the overall process of purchasing a home in these times, from the open house to closing she worked miracles. Her expertise helped me acquire a lovely home in the city of Pittsburgh with a two car garage, a rare find in the city. Home inspection time she earned her paycheck, where we had to go into the crawl space of the attic, and inspect the attic for possible fire damage, she went into the attic as a pretty blonde but came out looking like she did twelve hours in the coal mine. She would always go the extra mile, when the contractor came out to give estimates and failed to bring a ladder, she darted off to the hardware store and bought one so that the inspection could be done properly. Her communication is great every time I had a question she got back to me quickly and if she didn't have the answer she would make sure to get one for me! I know many people feel like dealing with realtors is like dealing with a "used car salesman" this is not the case, she is 100% in your corner and will look out for you! Overall a 10/10 experience cannot recommend her enough!

Our experience buying our new house and selling our old house with Abigail was fantastic. Once we signed the contracts, for both properties, we were closed within 30 days with no setbacks or issues - we were able to sell our old house above asking, and received a seller assist for the purchase of our new house!
