Heather was wonderful! We are moving from out-of-state, and Heather helped us understand the local housing market, look at houses that caught our interest, and ultimately find the house that will become our home. We made two trips to PGH and looked at houses with Heather in person; we also looked at houses virtually. Heather listened to us and learned what mattered to us. She NEVER pressured us to put an offer on a house we weren't excited about; she even encouraged us to wait until we found *our* house. She even helped us close while we were still out of town. We are out of state buyers and Heather worked around the time difference perfectly! We did virtual tours of properties via FaceTime and found exactly what we were looking for. She recommended the perfect lender and when our Title Company failed to gather all the proper information for a timely closing, Heather emailed, called, and texted everyone to make sure it happened on time.
