Heather was very helpful in every aspect of the process of selling my house. I had never sold a house before and she guided me through it step by step. When I needed someone to help me with different things, for example, find someone to power wash my driveway, Heather had someone who could do it. It is things like that that made it easier for me. Another example for me was her knowledge of staging and I am not good at using technology and she came over to my house and helped go through the forms that needed to be filled out. Finally one important step for me was her ability to understand when I was stressing out and she would take charge and do what needed to be done. Heather made everything easy for me and if I had to do it again I would go with Heather.

Our family has been so blessed by Heather’s support and expertise throughout the past year. Just under a year ago, we moved across the country from Washington state to the Pittsburgh area. We were in the midst of selling our first home there while jumping to a rental across the country with 2 young kids during a pandemic. Heather quickly helped us remotely secure a rental in the Fox Chapel area that suited our needs very well as we acclimated to the area. Our ultimate goal was to buy within the year. Heather has provided everything from school district info to tips on local services and resources. She also was so supportive to my 2 young ones throughout the process. We made our purchase during a hot sellers market, but with Heather’s steady support, quick action, and creative offer opportunities, we were able to secure our dream forever house.

Heather worked tirelessly and enthusiastically to help us sell our house. She explained in detail how to list a house and a good price to list at. Heather negotiated the price in our behalf. She was available for us to talk to anytime we needed her and made everything easy to understand. Heather went above and beyond on multiple occasions (for example coming to clean our house when no one else was available) and we couldn’t have been happier. 100% recommend Heather!!!
