Real Estate, when it come down to it, is a customer service job. After serving 4 years with the U.S. Army during the Gulf War era, I got married, happily now for 20 plus years, started a family, and then started a career in commercial construction. For you as a buyer, the customer service aspect that comes from my 2 ½ decades in construction, 10 of those years as upper management, is a valuable asset in helping you identify items within a home that may need attention. From the management side, it is my ability to work with all different types of people and personalities to make your specific  wishes happen.

For you as a seller, the customer service I will provide you is advice with making your listing appealing and a must-have to close that chapter in your life sooner rather than later. Also, my ability to effectively communicate with people is a tool that we will use to come up with the best marketing plan for your property.
I have lived overseas, East Coast, West Coast, in the city, in the suburbs, and in the country. So, no matter where you may be looking for the perfect place to call home, or wherever you are looking to move on to what fits your current or new situation, we will work together to get it done.
