I purchased a home using Shannon Doerr in 2020. I was very satisfied with the services that she provided. She was there for us EVERY SINGLE step of the way going above and beyond. Because of this, we trusted her judgment and expertise and she was on point with everything.What I loved the most about working with Shannon was her responsiveness and negotiation skills. Our offer was actually accepted partly because of her professionalism (the sellers got higher offers, but she made such a positive connection with their agent and represented us so well that they chose us)!I don't have one single bad thing to say about our experience.
