Zack was able to guide me thru every step of the process with a calm and assertive way. He viewed the place I found at an open house and helped me imagine how it would work for me. He contacted the sellers agent the same day and kept in touch with her to keep my name up front. He helped in a bidding war and actually got the place at below asking price. Zack handled all contacts and ensured COVID requirements were followed to protect everyone involved. I needed help finding my way in the online process and Zack was only a phone call away--with expertise and encouragement. He was able to calm me and to keep me focussed. On day of closing he arranged an appointment at bank to pick up closing check and unhurriedly drove me to and from the meeting. He even gifted me with a celebratory bottle! Beyond his knowledge and expertise, Zack brings to the experience a sense of calm and an easy way with people that makes all involved comfortable. I'd recommend him and have done so. I will employ him to sell my present house in the Spring.

I never realized how vital it is to have a buyer's agent in the home buying process. Zack was on time for showings (& later inspections) & calmly guided us through the bidding war/negotiations when we found a house we wanted. He connected us to the right people to make it possible and was diligent in making sure we had any paperwork glitches resolved before the scheduled closing. Zack was an amazing agent start to finish. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I moved 3 hours away so it was very difficult to get everything done, Zack helped every step of the way, including multiple open houses, showings and in the end multiple offers.
