Nicole listed and sold my in-law's former home that was part of an estate. It was a difficult challenge as it was during the COVID pandemic and for much of the time the home was on the market there were restrictions on showing the property. I lived several hundred miles from the property in another state and Nicole helped me with many details regarding the home that were over and above the typical responsibilities of a real estate agent. Nicole also staged the home for me and recommended service people to help with some much needed repairs.
