My name is Elissa Moore and I am REALTOR on the Melinda Lynch Team with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty.  I have been in the industry for 5+ years and have loved every minute of it.  I have had an obsession with real estate since a young girl growing up in an amazing Victoria home in Squirll Hill.  There is something about the character of an old home that just demands respect and admoration.  I starting in the industry on the title side in my early 20's and purchased my first home at 22 years old.  Working for a title company was a great way to learn the contracts and the behind the scenes of the industry.  As I grew older and my first home turned into my first rental property it was clear to me that this is something that would be in my life forever.  Being a landlord shined the light on how lucrative investing in realestate can be.  That sealed the deal for me and I wanted to bring realestate to the forfront of my life and show others what I learned first hand.  
Being a REALTOR has been such an fufilling journey.  Getting to be a part of helping people find their dream home and start a new chapter in their lives is truly a gift.  Selling homes speaks to my creative side when it comes to marketting and staging your home to show it in the best light possible.  As far as the investment side of realestate, it is beyond satisfying to help change people's lives and how they make money and see how their wealth grows with passive income.  The icing on the cake is getting to take this wild ride with a group of powerhouse women by my side.  If you are looking to buy/sell for personal use or for investing I would love to help guide you through the process.
