In a heatbeat is how fast I would recommend Jeannine Dabecco. I was an out of town seller (my parent's condo) and I never dreamed how a top notch Realtor could pull off such a feat. Her responsiveness and professionalism was second to none. Every single step of the way from arranging for cleaning out the unit, repairs, painting, flooring, appliances, etc., to marketing and ultimately closing (in which I didn't even need to be there) she took care of it all. One might have thought it was her own condo (it wasn't) because that is the effort she provided to turn a very difficult situation for me into a happy ending.

I am a first time homebuyer in the Pittsburgh area. Needless to say, I was completely clueless about the home buying process. Jeannine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire time I worked with her (around 5 months). Furthermore, she was very patient with me. Because I am a young, single female with no children I wasn’t set on any particular home type or area. Jeannine would trek all over the Pittsburgh area with me to tour homes. She was always optimistic and never pushy. Jeannine was also really responsive to my emails, texts, and calls. I would send her an email with the homes that I wanted to look at and she would set up the home tours within a couple days. Anyone who is shopping in this market knows that this is extremely important, as homes are flying off the market. She really felt like a source of support, which ultimately led to me finding the perfect home! Even after I went under contract, Jeannine remained in constant communication with me and my lender. She always made sure that I understood the documents that I was signing and that deadlines were met. I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better first time home-buying experience.
