I have to start off by saying wow! Carrie was the most fantastic, patient, knowledgeable agent we have ever had. I learned so much throughout this process because of her! She made us, most importantly, feel comfortable and confident during the entire process. What a wonderful first home buying experience!

Carrie is very personable and extremely proficient. She was very knowledgeable and willing to help with anything. We were always able to contact her and she kept us informed every step of the way. Being a duel agent she made sure the deal was fair for everyone.

Prior to meeting Carrie, I had met up with three other realtors from different locations to try to find the house I told them I was looking for. No one seemed to come close, and in all honesty, I felt like they didn't care if I got a house or not, I was about to give up hope, until I found a few more houses of interest on Zillow and decided to try again. I contacted Carrie, and within the first 30 seconds of the first phone call, I knew from just talking to her, that she was 110% for helping me get into a home. She showed me there was light at the end of the tunnel.. She organized everything, directed me to personnel I needed to speak to, and let me know step for step exactly what was to happen next. She made sure she gave it her all to find the perfect spot for my son and I and of course she wouldn't settle for nothing less than perfect for what I could afford. Sure enough, she nailed it. The whole process was completely painless, a lot easier than I anticipated. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have been more happy with her knowledge and professionalism that she always shows, along with everyone at Berkshire Hathaway. 5 stars for all of their efforts. Carrie is a great person all around and you will not be disappointed with her. Just be a motivated buyer and do exactly what they ask for, and you will be as thankful and grateful as I am to pass a great review on as well .

Carrie was wonderful to work with, since this was our first time actually buying a home. She was very patient with us in the very beginning since we were unsure what county we wanted to move to. We received weekly email updates with properties in the areas that we were looking at, and once we decided on our new home, her skills as a realtor took over. She handled everything. She sent emails and text messages and we were always kept informed of what was going on. Buying a home was a very stressful experience for us, but Carrie but our minds and ease and everything went according to plan. She knows her job, and she is very good at it.
