I am a Veteran and this was my very first home purchase. I was very nervous when I first started this process, but it only took one time talking to Mike and looking at a house to make that nervousness go away. I believe that I got lucky!!! Mike was extremely professional with the process of buying a house. His calm demeanor put my mind at ease. He was very knowledgeable with all the aspects of purchasing a home, I trusted him completely. He was readily available for when I wanted to look at a house, and we looked at a lot of houses, some of them more than once. He spent countless hours answering a plethora of questions and proved to be very patient with me. Along with that, his communication and negotiation skills in dealing with the other Realtor and owner(s) surpassed my expectations. Because of that and his due diligence, I was able to find the home of my dreams which worked for me and which was move in ready. I cannot thank him enough for what I feel I put him through because this was a major purchase for me and I highly, highly, recommend him for anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home.
