Having worked in customer service roles since 1996, over half of those years in a leadership position, I’ve always heard “There’s no way I could do your job; having to deal with people and their problems”. That’s exactly what I enjoy- the simple, yet complex task of what others find difficult that all just boils down to good ol’ customer service and taking care of people.

I’ve carried this passion into my real estate career which began in 2016 as a manager apprentice and has since lead me to my current position as Sales Director of one of the top 3 offices in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. My love for this career is not only driven by helping our clients get through the hurdles of their real estate transactions, but also by coaching, caring for, working to find solutions for, and giving our agents tools and skills to make them the best agents they can be. I call this servant leadership.
