Sherry has stuck with my husband and I for almost 5 years in looking for our perfect home. Every week or two she’d send us potential homes and she never tried to steer us away from our specifications. We looked at so many homes and properties with Sherry and she would even agree that they just weren’t for us. She didn’t just want to make the sale. Fast forward to late February 2018, she sent us a listing that was only 1 day old. I think we all knew after the first walk through, this was our home! She helped us make up a fair offer and get the best price! She was so accommodating to meet us for inspections to open the house and pointed us in the right direction for affordable inspectors and insurances. Then, just a few short weeks later we were signing papers! Sherry is a dedicated hard worker that sold my house in 4 days after it had been listed with a competitor for a year, she also had some great ideas on staging and what repairs and upgrades matter and what didn't.
