Alyssa first came into our lives about 6 1/2 years ago when we needed a larger home. She made me a promise I thought was bold at the time: she would have at least one offer before the first week it was listed was over. We had, if I recall, five. She had to work with me to get my act together to make the house showable (it was "quaint" and I do admittedly have a lot of stuff). She also found us the house we now call home and stayed with me and yes, sometimes on me, through the sale and purchase of both. Fast forward six years and it's time for my daughter and her young family to buy their first home. I naturally turned back to Alyssa, even though this was a starter home deal, but she treated it like we were buying a mansion. When their time comes to buy larger, we'll turn to Alyssa again. She knows her stuff from the law to how to "manage" all of us to do what we need to do so we can complete complicated real estate transactions successfully.

This was my first home buying experience. Alyssa guided us through the process with zero issues and we even closed on the targeted closing date. I would recommend Alyssa to anyone who wants a pain free home buying experience.
