Jean Nelson’s warm, friendly demeanor created a calming presence in our initial meeting. We immediately felt a strong bond and were eager to work with her. As a consummate professional she was very prepared and provided a comparative market analysis along with other pieces of information. She offered advice on a few minor repairs which allowed us to save money by investing in only those items that would result in a return on investment. Jean listed our home on Thursday, scheduled an Open House on Sunday, invited local realtors to an Open House on Tuesday and by Friday we were under contract with multiple offers. We were thrilled!
