We attempted to interview Joyce to sell our house. She promptly returned my call and we set an appointment for the following week. Two days before the appointment, she sent me an email saying that she could not make our appointment. I attempted to reschedule with her, and got no response.I'm glad she chose to behave like this earlier rather than later. I'm assuming we saved ourselves a great deal of stress by not dealing with her based on our first interaction.

joyce went above and beyond for us. if there was not enough information about the house at the time of viewing she made sure we had any information we needed by the next day. if we looked at 4 houses a day or one a week she was always availabe. she never tired of searching for us she was determined to find what we wanted and she succeeded and we love our new home and are very happy, and love the neighborhood it feels like we have lived here all our lives.
