We wanted to take this opportunity to write a commendation on behalf of Jim Jarrett. The family purchasing our home wanted to move in within 30 days of the contract. Needless to say, we were scrambling to find a home, and our real estate agent that sold our home was not really making it an effort to find us a new home. We were pretty stressed out, and becoming very discouraged, until we made a phone call, and met Jim.

Jim was very pleasant, personable, and went out of his way to make our entire experience quite enjoyable, which is not an easy task with the purchase of a home. Our goal was to be in a house before our kids started school at the end of August, and Jim went out of his way to make sure that it happened for us. (We closed on our new home 6 days before the start of school). If we had not happened upon him in our time of need, I do not believe we would be in our home that we are in now.

If there arises a need in the future for us to need a real estate agent, we would contact Jim to help us sell/buy a new home. We had a wonderful experience working with him, and would work with him again in the future.
