I am so thankful that I contacted Elaine to be the listing agent for the sale of my house. She walked me through every step from our 1st meeting up until the closing. Her knowledge of the Cranberry Twp. housing market and in particular the Woodlands was invaluable. She is very hands on. Elaine helped us both buy and sell our home in Cranberry, PA. When we were relocating to Cranberry, we only had one weekend to find a house and she showed us over 20 houses that weekend. We found a great house in a fabulous neighborhood. Unfortunately, two years later we needed to relocate for work and so we contacted Elaine again. She worked harder than any agent I’ve seen to sell our house (in a very difficult market with new housing going up next to our neighborhood).
