I've lived in the North Hills of Pittsburgh since 2011. Prior to living here, I lived and grew up in Butler County. My husband is Tony, and I have two kids, Marley and Trey. They both attend the North Hills School District. If you don't find me working, I'm enjoying time with my family, watching my husband coach basketball games, running my children to their multiple activities, working out, and in the summer we often go to Valley Brook Swim and Tennis Club.

If you’re a Buyer: First things first, let’s get you Pre Approved. In our fast pace market, this is necessary! Depending on your situation, we can start off with going over a buyer presentation to get you familiar with the buying process or jump right in and start looking at homes. Since this is a Seller’s Market, getting in to see the homes quickly is key! 
If you’re a Seller: Planning and Preparing your home to be on the market is Important. With a Home Marketing Evaluation, we can discuss what’s necessary and appealing to today’s buyers and get your home listed and Sold!  
If you’re a Seller/Buyer: I can get you options to help you buy your next home without that home sale contingency. Selling and buying a home can be stressful, and my goal is to reduce that stress.
