We met Brenda and Skyler about 2 years ago and they've been great in getting us into our first home. They were extremely patient with us and we couldn't be happier with their expertise throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them.

Brenda is a wonderful person and realtor. She put such detail in the description of my home and about 30 pictures showing it. I feel because of her, my house sold so quickly. It was sold in 1 day. When I was choosing a realtor, I noticed on Zillow many of the listing had maybe 1 or 2 lines describing the home and a few pictures and at times they were not very good. Brenda and Skyler were referred to me by a coworker. They were very responsive right off the bat. They are so down to Earth and they listened to what type of home that I was looking for and they only showed me homes that fit that description. My job makes scheduling appointments very difficult but they went out of their way to work with me throughout the process. I would recommend them to family and friends.

When I met Brenda and Skyler, I was in real estate limbo. I had no interest in renting because of the inflated rental market, but I had been told previously by a mortgage broker that I would not qualify for a mortgage because my status as a military retiree and full-time student made my financial status somewhat complicated.As a fellow veteran, Skyler understood my situation and assured me that he could help. While dealing with the lenders every time I turn around they were wanting more and more paperwork. As a divorced dad and working long hours and with nobody to help, I would have had to take off work to get all the documents needed. I started to get frustrated with the whole process and Brenda help me to get the paperwork needed and stayed late to get them faxed in. I hope I never have to buy another house again but if I do I will definitely use Brenda again! I would recommend her to family and friends.

Just recently purchased a house through Howard Hanna, and I would have to say it wasn't the most pleasant experience because of all the poking and prodding the lenders put you through, but If it wasn't for Brenda and her husband Skyler Deems I probably would have walked away after the first 30 days of the process. Brenda is just wonderful. She sold my house in July 2016. I feel she is the reason that I sold my house for as much as I did. The details she put in the description for my listing were so thorough and detailed. She put a lot of pictures on the sites that really helped in the house being sold. She listed it late on a Wed. The first people looked at it on Thursday and they bought it after some negotiation by Brenda. I got much more than I expected. I believe the reason I sold my house for as much as I did and as fast as I did, is because Brenda was my realtor. I believe if I had a different realtor, this wouldn't have turned out as good. I saw other listings by other realtors, they were not as detailed. The pictures were few and often poor quality so you really couldn't see what the house really looked like. She also showed me my new home the next day even though it was an hour and a half away. It made it so easy having the same realtor for both properties. It was kind of her to be willing to drive that far for me. So I sold a house and bought a house in the same day. Who does that lol. I feel Brenda was the reason. I can't say enough about how great she is. You can't go wrong having her for your realtor if you are selling or buying.
