Kelly is fantastic and we would recommend to anyone selling a house. Kelly met with us in the beginning of the process, explained the paperwork, and talked out the best price for our home. The best part - we were moving out of the country, and Kelly was very supportive and helpful when the move started getting stressful. At closing, we had already moved and Kelly even stood in for us at closing - talk about dedicated til the very end!!

I was really lucky to have Kelly help me to find a home for my summer internship. I love the place that she helped me find! She helped me to find an apartment quickly by using her many connections. She was very friendly and personable in all of our interactions and responded in a very timely manner to all my questions. Most importantly, Kelly’s dedication to helping me find a home and her desire to ensure I found a good place to live is a level of care that I have only seen in close friends and family.

Kelly was AMAZING through our entire process. This was our first first house ever and she made it so easy. One word- run! Run away as quickly as you can. Kelly was our realtor and gave us a tour of several properties. She quickly became aggressive and hostile. Forcing us to make a decision in order to make a quick sale. We would give her negative stars for professionalism if it were possible. She enjoys blurring the lines between professional and personal- inserting herself into our personal lives on multiple occasions. She was reported to the Realtor Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP) ethics board for her egregious actions. She should never be trusted.

Kelly was monumental in finding a dream house for my family when moving from out of state. She was organized, patient, extremely knowledgeable. I'm so thankful that Kelly was our realtor! My boyfriend and I were first-time buyers and really had no idea what to expect or what to do. Kelly was wonderful and helped us every step of the way. She reminded us of the things we needed to do, always answered our calls and emails quickly and gave us great advice when negotiating with the seller.
